I will tell you locations where people looking their best congregate, my first place to mention is the cosmetics dept of a store. This area has employees who care about their appearance,,both the men and women who work this area are usually looking good, it is mostly women working here, often very pretty ones. Next place for people looking good,,church. The girls have done their hair and everyone is wearing the best clothes that they own. The effort they put into it really shows. A good reason, if you have no other, to go to church is the ease of meeting pretty girls. Another place would be a botanical garden open to the public, as many people are there for a good setting in which to photograph themselves.
The Dallas Arboretum, for instance, is where I see the most sharply dressed people in town. The prettiest girls are all there in the spring getting their portraits taken in their quincinera dresses, or prom, wedding party attire.
To be honest with you, the first thing that attracts people to each other is the outside beauty so if you want to attract this kind of women you should be beautiful yourself and although i believe that everyone has his or her own beauty, if you're not beautiful by nature then you should start dressing in a way that shows that you're at least elegant. the second step is to be a gentle man, in the way you talk, in the way you dress, and in the way you approach things. you should smile alot, women love the guys who smile alot. you should care, but not like cheesy overcaring. you should develop yourself, maybe search for something that you’d love: some loves books, some loves dancing, some loves knowledge, the point of this step is you being interesting for how much guys out there are superficially handsome but so poor from the inside. the third step is to have the courage to approach her, just be yourself and don't fake. this ways your gonna attract beautiful wome, just make sure you don’t take too long considering how to be the “perfect guy” that you forget her real beauty, yeah?
