Physical, psychological, intellectual, and emotional aspects all play a role in one's health and well-being. Wellness is the act of incorporating good behaviors into one's daily routine to improve one's physical and psychological well-being. 

Healthcare exists to help patients improve their physical and social well-being. Your way of living adds to the general health of the body. Connectedness, fitness, diet, sleep, and mindfulness are also important aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Each one effects on your physical and mental well-being. You'll be on the way to mitigating tension, having supportive social experiences, and reaching optimum fitness by making easy and safe decisions daily. The subjective and empirical aspects of a particular group's well-being are also present.  As a result, a distinction is made between the conceptions of "level of living," which consists of quantitative criteria, and "quality of life," which consists of an individual's subjective assessment of these criteria.  Noack, H., 1987”
